If you are unhappy with the product that you have received for any reason you can send it back to us within 30 working days from the date of receiving the order, you can simply return the product to us. We will replace the product. We really want you to love what you get and not be “stuck” with it.
HOW TO Return?
You have to simply fill the return form in the bottom link at Jovial Bags. You must fill correct and appropriate details in the form so that we can understand your issue easily, after that just take out the receipt and pack the item in the box.
If the goods are returned because of any product damage or wrong product was shipped, we’ll require you to courier the product to us through the registered post; on receipt, we’ll replace the product and will bear the cost of return shipment by crediting your account with required value.
However, please make sure that the piece is returned to us in the condition you received it in. We will appreciate that you don’t send it to us if you wash it or use it a couple of times. Cause we won’t be able to refund you. The product should be sent back along with original box and invoice to:

Replacement/Refund will be done only if we found that the claim of the customer is correct.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refund process will take less than 15 working days.
The courts at Delhi shall have sole jurisdiction in case of any dispute arising out of the agreement between the customer and the company.
